This is an ideal apartment for a visit to Barcelona. Unfortunately we got caught there when COVID 19 started so the front office shut down. This apartment is set up perfectly for 2 people or 3. There is double bed in master, single in second and I guess you could use sofa bed in living room. Well stocked amenities with dish detergent laundry detergent paper towels toilet paper coffee tea etc. The only problem we had was couldn’t get washing machine to spin clothes dry. Because of COVID 19 this was not fixed It is close to metro bus and supermarkets. Would recommend this apartment if you are okay with being a bus metro ride away from main areas.

Der Service ist vorbildlich. Wir konnten sogar unser Gepäck nach dem Auschecken in einem Raum lassen, da unser Flug erst um 18:00 Uhr ging. Bürozeiten sind Mo.-Fr. und daher bekamen wir die Info (Per Zettel in der Wohnung u. per E-Mail), dass ein Schlüssel für uns hinterlegt wird). Super Service! Das Appartement war sauber, die Küche ausreichend für einen Städtetrip eingerichtet, für uns Berliner hat eine Kaffeemaschine gefehlt, aber eine Nespresso für den Herd war vorhanden. Waschmaschine, Bügeleisen & Co.(inkl. Föhn) und Duschzeug, Zahnputssachen...) vorhanden. Die Lage ist super. U-Bhf. Lesseps in 2 Min. zu erreichen. Man kann aber auch gut in die „Altstadt“ laufen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es sehr viele. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt.

Worth it

Very good location. Clean apartment. Friendly and helpful staff. If you have a car, you can park it at BSM Parking for €18 a day near the apartments. You can use any BSM around the city limitless.

La structura ben situata vicino la metro , con restaurante vicino dove si mangia bene e si spende giusto, le signore da la recepzione molto gentile pero il appartamento non si aprono molto le finestre ma ce lalternativa di condizionatore.

Wir fanden ein voll ausgestattetes Appartement vor, es gab genug Platz für 4 Personen. Sogar Duschgel, Handseife und ein Zahnputzset war vorhanden. Leider gab es keine richtige Kaffeemaschine, nur ein Espressokännchen. Wir konnten bei An- und Abreise unser Gepäck unterstellen und waren somit in der Lage unsere Zeit in Barcelona voll auszunutzen

Convenient location. A few minutes walk from metro and supermarket. Well equipped with everything we need. Instructions were clear and user friendly. Gisela has been most helpful with our requests. We had a comfortable stay here and will definitely consider this place next time we come to Barcelona again.

L'appartement hôtel est très pratique avec sa kitchenette et sa salle de séjour et bien situé, non loin du Parc Güell. Le personnel est très agréable et serviable. A part un petit essuie de cuisine pour la vaisselle il ne nous a rien manqué.

The apartment was ok, nothing fancy or big but everything was functional. The big problem was the noise from the other apartments: I never been in a place where I could heard ALL the water consumption on the building! It became a problem on the mornings when we wanted to sleep later than 6:30am. So bring some ear plugs. Appart from this, good location, nice welcoming from the staff.

suited us as a base from which to see Barcelona

I found it suited us, it had what we needed, 2 bedrooms, laundry facilities space to have breakfast and sort ourselves in the morning, and to review the day after we got back in the evening.

very Convenient

Was very good to have the opportunity to wash our clothes (mostly our baby ones) in the middle of the trip. It was very hot in Barcelona, so it was very convenient. The room was very big, not very comfortable, but in general term very good. The staff was also very helpful during all our stay.

Appartement bien mais environnement pas top

Séjourné pendant 5 nuit dans cet appartement , l'appartement est bien fonctionnel mais l'environnement reste a désiré, on entendais les voisins parler, a pas d'heure, les occupants des autres appartements sortir ou rentré car bruyant dans les couloirs a pas d'heure donc appartement mal insonorisé et le bruit a l'extérieur car appartement situé sur une grande avenue ou les voiture roule vite ... sinon correcte, les gérants parle pas français donc espagnol ou anglais . Mais très gentil. Appartement propre, tout ce qu'il faut pour séjourné plusieurs nuits, des commerçant à proximité, le parc güell a 15 min a pied, la station de métro lesseps a 5 min a pied .
