Very courteous staff. Room was comfortable and nice. Only complaint was it was cold, even when we changed the thermostat. We requested an extra blanket, which was brought promptly. I packed it all.

Great, comfortable accommodations and very modern hotel. The location was really good for us because it was close to the cruise port and away from the super busy area. The bartender at night was fantastic and made our experience even better. Only thing lacking was the gym is very tiny if you are looking to use that.

The property is clean, and staff is all nice the front desk, bar tender, housekeepers, room service and servers in the breakfast area. Definitely recommend this place it is a bit further our from the center but walking distance from the metro or bus station

From arrival to departure the staff was very attentive, professional and courteous. They made great suggestions for restaurants, shows and venues during our stay. When a member of our group of 6 fell ill they guided us to the nearest pharmacy and kept and made sure the staff was aware to attemd to the many room service request. We greatly recommend this hitel for your next Barcelona trip.
