「Very quite and relaxing. Just what I needed.」

「The best experience ever. The staff was by far the best thing about this hotel. Anything we needed they offered to do. My wife even wanted to try a local dish not on their menu, they went to the market and prepared it specially for us. We were fine with directions to a local restaurant that served it. 10/10. Must stay here.」

「It’s about the people! Yes the property is beautiful, the amenities are plentiful, the food is excellent. But it’s the staff that will make your stay unforgettable. When you leave knowing everyone’s name you feel like you had the best of Cobbler’s Cove and Barbados.」

「After an initial hiccup with check in as the property manager was away, the rest of the stay was amazing. Very clean property with everything you need in the apartment. The area is in a quiet residential cul de sac and is extremely safe, even for me, a solo female, but a short walk to all amenities. Parking available at rear of the property」

「I loved how close the resort was to Holetown's shops and restaurants. What I didn't like was the attitude of some of the staff. I booked a trip to the George Washington House. I was told the price was one thing, and I wasn't told I needed to pay cash. If I had known that, I wouldn't have booked the taxi. The young woman argued with me and was quite rude. Telling us that all taxi drivers require cash isn't what the guidebooks say. I should have just used Pick Up Barbados, a taxi service that...

「Lovely property!」

「Property is very hard to find. Owner was very adamant that electricity should not be on whole time. There's only 1 A/C unit and hostes was very upset that we kept it on over night (was very hot). There was hardly water to shower, it just trickled out. Cook stove didn't work properly」

「This is in regard to reservation number 73099011430246. I was at the property and there was no one there and no way to check in. There were telephone numbers on the door and I tried calling them for 2 hours but no one answered. I ended up having to book a much more expensive place to stay tonight, as you can see in my account. I also paid $65 to get to the Melbourne Apartments from the airport so that is also a waste. Plus the Uber to get to the new place was an additional $40. I have been...

「Great staff. Clean rooms. The ability to utilize other resorts provided variety.」
