「The room smelled like stale sweat, the pool was broken which I wasn’t informed about until after I checked in and housekeeping didn’t come to the room once during my stay. I was brought new pillows when I asked for them when complaining about the smell which helped but didn’t solve the issue」

「LOVED THIS PLACE !! Our favorite place to stay on our vacation! The inside courtyard was breath taking, Couldn't get enough of it! Everything was fantastic, Can't wait to come back for more!! Thank you so much」

「Liked being next to river. Old hotel and somewhat being remodeled. Think it should be knocked down and rebuilt. AC noisy. Pool small and scarey looking like it had tons of chlorine . Pictures on Expedia looked deceiving!!!!」

「Beautiful hotel...very chic! Was very clean and comfortable and it smelled fresh and clean! There was some construction/maintenance going on so the pool and hot tub were closed...but, we were forewarned of this (however, it would be nice to know BEFORE we booked a non refundable stay. We received the email after we booked). Breakfast was nice with the exception of the out of order juice dispenser. Overall, lovely and recommended!」

「We are in our late 70s and we were on the 2nd floor with no elevators in the building. So it was difficult to take our belongings upstairs for the 3-1/2 days we were there. Probably won't stay there again because of that situation.」

「The breakfast was great and the staff was nice, although the check-in time was a little long and a $300 deposit was required. It was a bit much, but understandable! It was to prevent people from smoking and bringing pets into the room. The room was a bit old, but some of the facilities in the room were upgraded and it was still very convenient to use.」
