「The property was very nice. The unit was a condo rental managed by Hosteeva. I had to communicate with Expedia and Hosteeva. A confusing grouping of emails and texts. I received messages from Hosteeva requesting additional info, and I was really sure who they were. I had to call and request my final info to gain access into the unit. 「這是一個服務品質很好的酒店，從進門口開始起的接待以及警衛、到櫃台的服務人員以及每天在走道上遇到的工作人員，都可以感受到很友善、充滿笑容的服務；該有的設施包含游泳池/健身房也都有，早餐選擇很多，另外我特別喜歡位在頂樓的Lounge，環境好又價格合理。酒店的對面就是公園，周遭也很多餐廳，算是很方便有很安全的地方！」

「This is a reasonable hotel. lobby good but room has to be maintained to a better condition. hot water, towels are good but carpet has to be replaced. swimming pool is the best among all. breakfast o.k. staff are warm and nice. in bacolod, this is one of the choices.」
