「Very nice spacious apartment Lovely views and great location Car park is very small and tight Above a pub so can be noisy The pubs kitchen fan is on the balcony which is quite loud so not a very peaceful sit on the balcony Lots of kitchen essentials and games Comfy beds!」

「I have been staying in Dartmouth working for the past 8 months and wish I found this place sooner. It is a lovely room with views and the couple are lovely and very welcoming. This place is better than all the hotels that I have stayed in. Would 100% recommend and happily stay in again.」

「It is a big apartment. Everything is there. Specially the kitchen with an oven. Perfect bed. Only the neighbourhood is a bit poor. But a small supermarket just round the corner. Breakfast included is basic.」

「Excellent location, next to a lovely park by the beach. Our room was spotless and we even had a little seating area outside our room. Lovely and quiet at night. Parking was the trickiest bit in terms of getting luggage to/from the car park (a 7-8 minute walk) but we'd only gone for a night so we were able to do it all in one go.」

However, something could be better: the walls were stained, only three chairs but one was broken, washing machine was out of order, no wall clothes rack and few dishes and cutlery. Good position in a quiet neighbourhood, not so far to the centre, very useful parking behind the building and shops nearly.」
