「The hotel is 10 min of walk to Borobudur. I am travelling alone and have done extensive research on the hotel. My requirement is it must be close to the Borobudur temple (because that is the main reason for this trip), and yet, it has to be safe and convenient. I prefer this hotel than other villa type of hotel. The night I arrived it rained heavily. I did not have much expectation on good weather on the following day. 「We opted for three nights here after 2 nights at a 5-star in old town Yogyakarta and were delighted the contrast. This was quiet and more personable. The "in-village" experience was pleasant, never obtrusive. Security and comfort were good. Though much was written in other reviews about the noise from the mosques nearby, they did not bother us at all - it was actually a nice sampling of one part of life for most Indonesians and not disturbing of our rest.
