Small but clean and chic. Bed could be more comfortable, except that though it is the best bunk bed place ever.

시설은 대체로 만족하지만 리셉션 직원의 황당한 대응이 어이없어요

혼자서 2인용 큰침대를 이용했습니다. 원했던 창가 쪽이라 만족했습니다.(뷰는 바로 옆건물 벽이지만) 서양 여행객들이 에어컨을 최대로 트는 바람에 냉장고에 들어와있는 것처럼 추웠습니다. 줄여도 다시 최대로 틀더라고요. 도미토리니까 이해해야겠죠. 문제는 제가 체크아웃할때 터졌습니다. 클룩에서 예약한 벨럭 케리어 운송 서비스 기사가 로비에 와서 제 케리어를 운반하는 도중 바퀴가 떨어졌는데, 기사는 원래부터 떨어져있어다고 주장했습니다(제가 갖고 있을 때는 전혀 문제 없었어요) 조금의 논쟁 후 여행을 망치고 싶지 않아서 우선 체크아웃을 하고 여행을 시작했는데 클룩 본사에서 연락이 왔습니다. 호텔 직원도 제가 짐을 갖고있을 때부터 바퀴가 떨어져있던걸 봤다고 말해줬다고 합니다. 황당하고 어이가 없었습니다. 차라리 모르겠다고 하는 것이 더 솔직한 태도 아니었을까요. 태국인과 싸움이 붙으면 누가잘못했든지간에 주변에 지나가는 사람들까지도 가세해서 그 외국인을 무자비하게 때린다는 얘길 들었는데, 마치 그 꼴이었습니다. 아직까지도 그 리셉션 직원의 태도가 황당할 따름입니다.

Good location with a walking distance to BTS. The rooms and public area are clean. The receptionists are nice. Only one thing that can improve is mosquito because i found some of them in my bed room. Anyway, overall is great and the money well spent with this budget hotel. I will come back again.

Ensuite triple room - Awesome

Room: Stayed in the friends room for 3 pax. Room was spacious and beautiful, the light streaming into the room through the big windows making the room bright and inviting. When the blinds were drawn, all lights can be blocked out for a good rest. Fixtures and furnitures are new and clean with no obvious signs of wear and tear. Air conditioning was strong and cooling. Service: Staffs were friendly and helpful! They were always smiling and would greet us good morning each day. Good command of English and always ready to help with any questions we have. As one of my friend's birthday was on the day of check-in, I emailed them to help me with a surprise. They readily accepted and the cake and card was on the table when we entered the cold room with a lit candle! Very well planned! Amenities: The door to the rooms is always locked which makes us feel safe. There was no lift but we already knew this when we booked. No toothbrush available for the private ensuite rooms, but it is available for 10 baht at the receptionist area. Hair dryer in the room is weak, but i used the hair dryer at the shared bathroom on the last day and it's very strong! The shared bathroom is also very clean and spacious. Extras: There are complimentary snacks and instant noodles available in the lobby. There's also a room for board games and to chill in general. Overall really enjoyed my stay here! There are 711 and family marts nearby. BTS surasak is about 10 mins walk away.

Just so so

Stayed in private room and it was on 4th floor, you should be aware there’s no lift so you have to carry your luggage all the way up to 4 floors - my fault I was not aware of this in advance. The room looks clean but I found a bikini hair on the hanging towels, well, and the drainage smelled so bad. I stayed 2 nights and they forgot to make the room one night, no phone in room so I have to come down 4 floors to tell them they missed the room makeup, came up and no assistance in 20mins or so, went down again and only then they brought new towels and water up - and it’s already late at night after a very long day outside. I can see other good reviews but I’m being fair, I didn’t have that nice experience here!

Good Hostel

飯店附近有7-11跟全家很方便，離BTS走路約十分鐘，附近環境安靜，有一間很多人參拜的印度廟。 這次住的是雙人混宿房，房間裡面有超大櫃子可以鎖行李箱，也可以放在一樓，床跟枕頭睡起來也很舒適，室友都很安靜。 美中不足的是沒有電梯，拿著比較重的行李上去不太方便；二樓女生淋浴間晚上使用可能是因為有些人沒有公德心，浴室沒有沖乾淨或是造成阻塞積水，覺得環境不夠乾淨，浴室木栓的門有一間很難栓緊。 櫃檯服務人員親切，很晚回去櫃檯都有人，一樓lobby很適合坐著放空，也有提供飲用水/熱水/小零食/泡麵自由取用 還算不錯的Hostel ~

It was my first time visit Bangkok, and I couldn't help worrying about the cleanliness of shared bathroom and noises before checking in. It turned out I picked the best place to stay for my Bangkok trip! It's a very relaxed and friendly atmosphere. The faculty members are very nice and helpful. There were people keep public area stay clean and organized. Everyone kept their voice down when walking through the floors (No outdoor shoes/food allowed inside the sleeping area). If you are on budget, this is the place I would recommend.
