CP高的住宿地點

雖然偏舊但離BTS非常近，路口就有便利商店以及周間早上會開的當地食堂。價格實惠，是CP值非常高的住宿地點。

方便乾淨的酒店

距離BTS站很近，旁邊有傳統菜市場，早上可以去逛逛吃吃當地美食。酒店對面有曼谷王權觀景台，離席隆酒吧也很近，走路就到。附近也有很多家按摩店，下次造訪曼谷還會來這裡住宿。

酒店有點年紀了一些裝潢都略顯老舊了！公共設施都沒講解清楚！原本在網站上看到是有泳池設備的結果竟然不是在我住的這一棟…而是在隔壁棟！也沒講清楚要怎麼過去使用！下次不再入住了！

入住其中一天早上去完廁所沖水時廁所水不停湧出。最後通知服務員來處理完成，之後我們去櫃枱。同服務員查詢，為什麼廁所會有這樣？服務員唔會覺得是佢公司廁所有問題，衹是叫我們不要亂拋垃圾落廁所。我們也建議轉換房間但他話房間冇問題，衹要我哋不抌垃圾落廁所就沒有問題。跟住我哋同佢講話，我衹是去完個廁所小便沖水就水不停湧上嚟，我哋沒有抌垃圾落廁所，他沒有出聲。也沒有同我哋更換房間。衹是話會搵維修員再跟進我的房間廁所，就了事。廁所電掣壞了沒人維修衹是搵膠紙封住。所以廁所沒有插頭插風筒。對客人不方便

Good value for price

Good location for the price, close to the BTS and night life in Patpong market. Facility is very old and outdated though — shower head was semi broken, hardwood floors in the room was deteriorated near the corners, painted walls were peeling. Gym and swimming pool is not located inside the hotel but shared with the residential community within the same complex. Location is definitely the best value you get for the price paid if you could ignore those minor defects.

Free upgrade to Premium Twin beds room. 房內空間夠大，有露台！只是沖涼時水會很容易滲出沖涼房門外，令洗手間地上有堆積水！

The room has a horrible sound and a musty smell.

選擇前棟的房間，櫃台給我後棟的房間，經過一條黑暗長廊，天花板滴水，進去很恐怖的房間，浴室有怪聲音，裡面有很潮濕的氣味重，嚇到趕緊去換房，才給我原來房間，櫃台沒道歉，浪費許多時間。地點真的不錯，旁邊有BTS，旁邊都吃的，還有菜市場。 I chose the room in the front building, the counter gave me the room in the back building, passed through a dark corridor, the ceiling dripped, and went into a terrible room. The bathroom had a strange sound, and there was a very humid smell inside. I was scared to change the room. Give me the original room, the counter did not apologize, wasting a lot of time. The location is really good, there is BTS next to it, eaten next to it, and the vegetable market.

After investigated, our staff realized to impressive with all the guest upon arrival such as when we have a upper room category is available. We delight to offer a complimentary room upgrade much if we can. In case if you not be able to upgarde ,we can reassigment back to original booking immedtaely as your reservation. We truly hope that you shall not allow it to mar the perception and the overall experience in our Hotel. Thank you very much for your kind understands my point of view and Thank you once again for bringing the issue to my attention.
