Pros - close to the airport and very cute ornaments around the hotel. Cons - we booked a room for 4 but settled for 3 on the main floor as there’s no lift and we only used the room to shower before our night flight. There were only 3 towels in the room but the receptionist refused to give us 4.

I only stayed for 10 hours before my flight left but the 10 hours was great. They were friendly, got me into my room quickly and helped me get a taxi from the hotel to the airport. There was coffee in the room as well as bottled water, a kettle and a mini fridge. I would definitely stay again.

OK for the Price

Had to change rooms because of smell in first room. Blinds very old and falling apart did not cover full window lettng in light from the street. Staff were very helpful. Comfortable clean beds No elevators.

Good location. Just 10 minutes taxi from the airport. There is a local bazaar nearby and lots of local food vendors.

The hotel with bugs reminded me hotels of Paris

It was the worst hotel I have seen, Many bugs in the bed, and small spiders in the air, in addition to mosquitos, it was not possible to open the door of the toilet after being closed from inside until a maintenance staff came to break the door lock late at night.

Close to BKK airport 200baht taxi ride including a tip. Large room, slightly softer than the usual Thai bed. Street food 30m and 7eleven just 50m. Carried my bags to the room, ensured air condition was on and working, called taxi for return to airport. Convenient for overnight

Old run down hotel very hard to find. Located in a small Soi next to street food market.noisy area cats howling in the morning and customers arguing with the ladies at night. Bed OK and clean no toiletries so bring your own. That said it is very cheap and good Street food nearby.

Did not like the shower was not attached to the wall had to hold to show with, also milk was not given with coffee and no tea supplied, seemed to be skipping 🤔 on the things people notice, otherwise great room.

The toilet is blocked, the shower room water outlet is blocked. The blankets are dirty with cemen and the bed sheet, pillow cases are used. The staff cannot speak Thai or English. They must be a cheap foreign labour from neighbouring countries.

This property will leave a lasting impression for all the wrong reasons. The check in staff were grumpy and gave the impression that they didn't want to be there and saw us as an imposition. The room was dated and the bathroom had black mould around the fixtures. The shower was tiny and the water drained towards the door. The wifi was intermittent at best and you only had YouTube available on TV. Definitely NOT recommended.

DO NOT BOOK THONG TA

This hotel stay was as bad as it gets. No transfers, restaurant closed, no breakfast/meals, reeked of paint and wood staining. Room full of mosquitos, badly bitten. Only two sachets of coffee in room, l asked for tea they said they didn't have any. Air Con was rusty, old and made such an awful sound. No English speaking channels on very old type TV with terrible reception. Old hard bed. No Spa and why it's in the name is beyond me, it doesn't exist. This hotel is a shambles, you shouldn't send people here, it's not good for Hotels.Com if you really care for your clients. Even 1* is too much for this wreck of a hotel.
