The room was decent, and clean, but smaller than what was advertised. Similarly the pool was smaller than the pictures, but was refreshing when needed. The location while very popular, it had its difficulties as it was very noisy until very late and we had trouble sleeping. Also, very touristy, meaning prices were unreasonable and food was moderate.

We enjoyed our stay, the staff were very nice and the rooms clean/comfortable. The rooftop pool is a very nice bonus touch. Just be warned that the noise will be a bit much if you are a light sleeper in any way. You are right on Khao San Road, the noise will start up in the evening and continue until around 3AM which is also when the hotel is only accessible by foot.
