Bad Smell at Floor Six, bad ventilation system, also notice no lift at roof top i.e. 6th floor But very close to khao shan road night market, and many good cafe and restaurant are good,some cheap bus and boat and easy go to BTS system... !

Spacious and clean room overlooking the temple. There was a karaoke bar playing nearby, but this piped down around midnight. Staff were helpful and the hotel is within easy reach of many tourist hotspots.

This is an ideal hotel just outside the busy areas such as Khaosan and other well known spots to the centre of Bangkok. Very reasonably priced for where it is and the staff were very polite. Breakfast had choice of European and Thai for all tastes too.

We stayed 2 nights in April 2023. Large and very clean and comfortable room with good air conditioning. Bed was very comfortable. Bathroom clean and good shower. The decor throughout the hotel was very attractive with french and historic attributes. Handy location for Khao San Road. Helpful staff. Would highly recommend.

Overall it's a good hotel. We had issues with the locker and the shower. The shower is very weird and it was a bit uncomfortable. Not a lot of amenities other than a bar and you have to take an elevator and then climb the stairs to go to the 6th floor. Cleanliness can be improved a little bit more.

Despite the comical name the hotel doesn't take itself too seriously and has a lot of local charm. Distinctive design of the rooms makes up for low ceilings - the glass-windowed bathrooms are an excellent touch. I recommend at least going for the rooms that have a sofa alcove - the smaller rooms without that look a bit too cramped (?). The alleys surrounding the hotel are gritty but the contrast between poverty and privilege is typical of Bangkok and something to reflect on.

Quick Bangkok Stay
The Siam Champs Hotel was an excellent experience. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The hotel is a quaint hotel. The location is excellent within an easy 10 minute stroll to Khoa San Road. The breakfast staff is excellent and works hard to satisfy the guests. Coffee/Latte is prepared to order as well as eggs. Beyond that, western breakfast options are few. Our room did not have a shower and only a tub which made it a bit awkward. Overall it was a great stay and we would recommend this property.

Bien pour Kao San road
Une nuit passée lors d'un séjour en Thaïlande, donc pas eu l'occasion d'utiliser beaucoup de services, l’hôtel est bien placé pour accéder à Kao San road, ma chambre simple était propre mais très peu de place pour ranger les affaires, juste une tringle avec qq cintres, le coffre fort dans la chambre est très petit, ça va pour passeport et petit appareil photo mais pas ordi portable par exemple .. il faut laisser une caution de 1000BHT en espèce lors de l'arrivée, il y a un petit frigo qui fonctionne bien je n'ai pas essayé le wifi ...Les stores vénitiens isolent de la vue mais pas de la lumière le matin ... petite rue assez calme et tranquille ... bien pour un court séjour

Un très bel hôtel à la décoration soignée. Très grosse déception pour un petit déjeuner payé à la réservation : cela devait être un petit déjeuner intercontinental sous forme de buffet et finalement ils nous ont fourni des plateaux repas tout près de très mauvaise qualité et uniquement américain (salade, oeuf, jambon et saucisses). Donc ne pas prendre l'option petit déjeuner

Mooi Hotel, grote kamers, ziet er allemaal netjes uit. Badkamer qua grote prima, douche kwaliteit net niet. Ontbijt voor zo’n hotel onder de maat. Oud brood, minimale keus. Qua ligging prima, rambuttri en kao san op 10 min lopen.

El hotel es bonito. Las habitaciones estan bien son amplias y con aire. Es raro el tema baño, porque es amplio pero no tiene espacio para apoyar ni un jabon. Tampoco en la ducha. Estuvimos dos veces y en la suite junior tambien era raro la comodidad del baño. Pero nada grave. Es muy comodo. Cerca de Koh soad road. El desayuno podria mejorarse con alguna opcion mas de panificado o dulce. La atencion del personal muy buena.

Disenchanted
Good location on a side street with a quiet room. WiFi adequate and TV had only CNBC and BBC News in English, no English entertainment channels. Breakfast very limited for Westerners, pre-cooked fried eggs and refused to cook fresh fried eggs, no bacon only hot dogs, pre-mixed omelet and scrambled eggs available but no ingredients available for the omelet. Pancakes are not fresh but warmed-up and no syrup available. There is toast, orange juice and filter coffee and cornflakes. Salad items along with watermelon and pineapple. For Asian breakfast there appears to be a different selection of 5-items each morning. The hotel staff would not provide a printed receipt on checkout.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Siam Champs Elyseesi Hotel. Our room (junior suite) was large and comfortable and the hotel was off the main road so pretty quiet. The cost of taxis is so cheap that even though it isn't situated in the middle of everything, it didn't matter. The staff were very helpful and always cheerful. It might have been easier if more of the front desk staff had a better understanding of English, but it didn't spoil our stay at all. The breakfast was very good and dinner in the restaurant was very enjoyable although choice was fairly limited. We would definitely consider staying there again.

Nice stylish hotel
Overall had a really nice experience. The hotel is in good nick, staff very friendly and helpful and my room was huge. Only grudge really was the shower. It had a rollo style shower curtain, which I started to pull down only to find it absolutely disgusting full of stains and mould. So I didn't use it at all.

Bien situé
Hôtel très bien situé près de Khao San Road et du palais royal. Au point de vue accessibilité depuis l'aéroport de Bangkok S. nous avons pris le bus S1 jusqu'à Khao san pour 60 baths puis 10min de marche. Au retour même bus pris au niveau du democratic monument soit à 5 min de marche de l'hôtel . Points positifs : très bonne situation à 10min de marche de Khao san, 20min du palais royal et du What Pho. Chambre spacieuse avec la climatisation et wifi de bonne qualité. Points négatifs : la propreté de la salle de bain (calcaire ++ murs tachés), insonorisation quasi nulle (nous entendions l'alarme de la chambre d'à côté et les travaux dans la rue la nuit), peu d'obscurité car de simples stores aux fenêtres. Le petit déjeuner est un petit buffet servi de 7h à 10h avec des toasts, 2 types de céréales, 3 plats chauds (oeufs au plat, riz et autre), soupe de légumes, pastèque et ananas, knacks et ham, mini bar à salade, thé ou café, jus orange (chimique) et eau. À la demande on vous cuisine minute omelette, oeufs brouillés ou pancakes. Certe petit le buffet est de bonne qualité et pas mauvais Un bon rapport qualité-prix
