I stayed at Riverfront Hotel for 5 nights with my husband and mom, and overall it was a pleasant experience. The rooms were very spacious, which made our stay comfortable, especially traveling with family. What stood out the most was the staff—they were exceptionally friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. The location is decent if you’re not focused on shopping, and there are plenty of street food vendors nearby, which we really enjoyed. It gave us a chance to experience more local food options right outside the hotel. The only downside is that the hotel is a bit far from major tourist attractions, so getting around can take extra time and cost, if your plan includes visiting a lot of popular sites, this is something to consider. Overall, I would recommend this hotel for those looking for a comfortable stay with great service and local food options, as long as you don’t mind being a little farther from the main attractions.

I had a wonderful experience at the Riverfront Hotel in Bangkok, Thailand. The customer service was truly excellent—every staff member was friendly, helpful, and made me feel welcome throughout my stay. The food was delicious, and the room was clean, comfortable, and well-designed. One of the highlights was the balcony with its breathtaking river view—such a peaceful and beautiful sight to wake up to. I loved everything about my stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Bangkok. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Great hotel

A fantastic hotel with very helpful staff. Our room was very spacious and clean with a great view of the city. There's even a separate walk-in section to store your luggage. There's a 7 Eleven a few minutes walk away for any food or toiletries your might need.
