I was staying on the 5th floor, which is called ‘Superior Room’, but I could no longer flush a toilet nor take a shower because of the too low pressure of water supply. A good thing is that power supply and air conditioner worked and I could use WiFi for my laptop/iPhone.

Absolutely differ with the picture. Conditions of hotel is clean but it didn’t meet what I expected. I checked out one day earlier since I don’t really want to stay another night there. I rather spend a little bit more to get another hotel with at least a good condition

Good value for money, I guess

As the old adage goes, you get what you pay for. The room was spacious and clean, and I enjoyed having a Queen sized bed and a mini balcony. Location is walkable distance from Ratchathewi BTS - a steal at that price! However, the place seems run-down and service is extremely minimal. For some reason, the water heater in my room wasn't working properly so all my showers were room temperature (I was too lazy to try and explain that to them). They also need to replace their aging door locks.

Mycket prisvärt. Varmvattendusch och effektiv luftkonditionering. Trevligt och vänligt bemötande av personalen. Lakanen var väl uttjänta och hade en del fläckar. Några småkryp i badrummet fanns också. Nära till Family Mart och Seven Eleven. Också nära till Pratunam Market och Pantip Plaza. Nära till tåget till flygplatsen och Sky Train. Svårt att hitta hotellet då det inte syns från Tvärgatan som man går in på. Hotellet syns först när man står mitt framför det. Ta taxi från huvudgatan istället för från försäljarna i gränderna. De sistnämnda tar ut rejäla överpriser.

Richly villa is mistakenly rated 3 star hotel.i didn’t find the standard of the room. infact, the room was dirty and smelly with limited facilities.I really regretted staying in that hotel. I was expecting more than what they have charged.

스태프중에 한국말을 하시는 분이계셔서 편했구요. 벌레가 다소 나오긴 했지만. 시암파라곤이랑 빠뚜남시장. 빅씨마켓과도 근접해서 쇼핑하기 아주 좋았어요. 에어콘도 빵빵하고 직원분들이 다들 친절하셔서 기분좋은 휴가를 보냈습니다.

ข้อเสีย : 1.ใช้เวลาในการเช็คอิน เกิน 5 นาที ทั้งๆที่ไม่มีลูกค้าคนอื่น 2.พนักงานเป็นอินเดีย พูดไทยไม่ได้ 3.สภาพบริเวณพื้นที่ทั่วไป รก และสกปรก ของวางเกะกะทุกที่ มีกลิ่นอับ 4.ห้องขนาดเล็ก และแออัดไปด้วยเฟอร์นิเจอร์ 5. ไม่มีชาและกาแฟบริการในห้อง 6. ไม่มี Safty Box 7. ไม่มี Minibar 8. TV ไม่ชัด 9. ห้องน้ำมีกลิ่นอับ และชักโครกพัง 10. มีผ้าเช็ดตัวให้สำหรับ 1 คน เมื่อขอเพิ่มพนักงานแจ้งว่า ทางโรงแรมมีให้แค่ 1 คนเท่านั้น เลยแย้งไปว่า แต่ตอนจอง เราจองสำหรับ 2 คน พนักงานเลยบอกว่าขอเช็คก่อน และเงียบไปในที่สุด และไม่ให้เพิ่ม โดยไม่มีการอธิบายใดๆทั้งสิ้น 11. ปลอกหมอนสกปรก เหมือนไม่ได้เปลี่ยน ต้องเอาเสื้อของตนเองรองหนุน 12.ห้องมีกลิ่นอับมาก ต้องใช้น้ำหอมส่วนตัวฉีดกลบกลิ่นห้อง **สาเหตุที่จอง เพราะว่าต้องทำงานอยู่แถวนั้นจนถึงดึก และคาดว่าจะใช้ห้องเพื่อพักแค่ 5 ชั่วโมง เลยไม่อยากหาที่พักใหม่** ข้อดี : แอร์ใหม่ เย็น เตียงใหญ่มาก CI 19/3/17 CO 20/3/17

False advertisement

The photos is nothing close to what this place looks like in reality. The first review is exactly what was going on. Leaking sink, mold, really old towels, dirty sheets and just a bad vibe overall. Location would be the only upside, but we still had to walk 5 mins thru dirty smelly ally to get to the Main Street. Lots of door slamming, dog barking, so sleep at night isn't good. My taxi driver had to circle the block 5 times and ask the people around to find this place.

Book another hotel if you can.

Would not recommend anyone to go here. The staff seemed very uninterested all the time, we could stand at the reception for 5 min without getting any help, even though two people stood there the whole time. The neighbourhood felt very unsafe, not tourists at all and not close to anyting. Dirty rooms, even though the only friendly guy at the hotel was the cleaner from Sri Lanka. A tip, do NOT look under the bed.

At arrival hotel staff claimed that there are no rooms left even though we booked it in advance. Fortunately, we had our Thai friends with us, and after 15 min negotiation, they provided us with a room. Other than that, the hotel is fine.

Worst hotel experience of my life

We walked in and the first thing the staff member said was, "Give me your passport". Disgustingly rude staff. When we checked out they snatched the key and said nothing. Room was also filthy and full of hair. Don't drink the water because the bottles are not sealed, they have been refilled.
