9/19, it’s very sad smell , that I can’t believe it happened and hotel feedback like this, room is very bad smell and very big noise, and 1F was very noise by hotel it self event, very cloud also very noise, and about room noise they also admit people to check, they sure it’s a big noise, I ask to change and front desk said it’s fully booked, and offer me to free cancellation, but when I went 1F they suddenly said a room close to me is available, let me to check see but the issue stil very obvious, so I still didn’t stay , manager also come to say sorry, but after one day, that they suddenly said they won’t pay back and charge , it’s very bad handle , already ask hotels.com to process, why you said free cancellation but after one day you said you change mind, it’s not a good hotel should be,

Nice room with cheap price! Shuttle bus from hotel to BTS Thong lo station every 30 minute. You have to walk from Thong lo to hotel for way back (about 10 minutes). That would be bit inconvenient.

Oakwood Studios Bangkok offers spacious and comfortable rooms, which makes the stay quite pleasant overall. The hotel also has a small gym and a swimming pool on Level 3, suitable for a quick workout or short relaxation. A convenient feature is the shuttle service to Thonglor BTS station, although it only operates until 8pm, so guests returning later may need to arrange their own transport. There are, however, some areas that need improvement. The toilet floor tiles can be quite slippery when wet, so extra caution is needed. Housekeeping could also be more thorough — the toilet and rubbish bin were not cleaned properly during daily room service, and tissues were not refilled. Overall, the hotel has good potential thanks to its spacious rooms and location, but there is definitely room for improvement in housekeeping and maintenance.

O. S is a bit of a distance from the action, but it’s about a 15-20 walk to shopping, etc, so it’s not that bad. Check in was smooth. They have a 24 hour desk which was important because our flight came in 200am. The pictures online match the hotel/room. When we arrived, there was no hot water, when they turned on the water it was scalding hot, but that was better than cold. In the shower, the water wasn’t going down fast enough, so the water would fill the shower bottom and flow over the ledge onto the bathroom floor. There was no internet on the TV for streaming (YouTube only) and I had to keep calling to have them connect it. The good thing is when you call for assistance, they respond right away which is a plus. Hopefully, they correct these minor issues. The other plus’s were the amount of electric outlets in the room. The restaurant inside the hotel that has breakfast, lunch and dinner. We ordered room service and it was good. There’s also a guy who makes suits in the lobby and he can exchange currency for you as well. The rate was not a huge difference from off the Street which was a plus. The gym is next to the pool and is great for cardio & weights. I didn’t use the pool, but it looked inviting. If you need to get to the action, they can call a taxi for you. The TUK TUK service they offered is good if you want to go about 10 minutes down the road. It’s a 1 minute walk to 711 and other local foods. Overall, it was a good stay and I would return.

Wonderful Stay at Oakwood Studios Bangkok My husband and I stayed at Oakwood Studios Bangkok from 21st to 23rd December 2025, and we would like to thank the team for such an excellent stay. The rooms were spotless and very well equipped with fantastic amenities, including quality toiletries, an iron and ironing board, hairdryer, robes, and slippers — everything you could need for a comfortable stay. The BTS is a short walk away but you can use the free tuk - tuk provided by the hotel from 8am till 8pm. Breakfast was great and a lovely inclusion, and the prices for food and drinks were very reasonable. A particularly nice touch was the complimentary popcorn machine and water available for guests in the lobby area. The pool area was lovely, and there is also a well-equipped gym for those who enjoy keeping active. Overall, a fantastic experience — we would definitely stay again and highly recommend Oakwood Studios Bangkok.
