Stayed here many times. Unfortunately , this time was disappointing. The room was old , small and musty. It was very loud as well. There was not only renovations going on but a party right outside our window. Once you entered our bathroom, the noise was blaring. The pool here as Always very nice and well kept. Breakfast good as well.

Great location, central to most sights and khao san road area. But quiet. Room was fine bit old fashioned but comfy bed and a safe and fridge. Bathroom very small. Pool nice. Wpuld stay again.

Clean, tidy and good value

Clean, tidy, and good value. It's showing its age a little but that's why it's good value. I had a room where the power cut out, but the staff were great and quickly found me a room to move too which was fantastic service . I liked the location too. Not amidst the noise and bustle of Khaosan, but enough to be part of it.

I've had friends stay here before a few days and always wanted to try it for myself. Finally got a chance to, and it did not dissapoint. Wow! Great rooms, great beautiful pool, amazing breakfast, everything was perfect. Staff was incredibly friendly. We arrived early and although couldn't check in until 2pm, they stored our bags and even let us go swimming and gave us towels, too for the pool. Then, once we checked in we saw this beautiful room, it was really nice. And the breakfast was so fresh and delicious with many options, including French Toast, and many different types of eggs and omelettes. I stay in this area of Bangkok alot, and this is for sure my new choice of hotels. Also, our TV wasn't working at first, told the hotel, and they fixed it as soon as possible. Wow, great service, great fabulous hotel in Khao San area.

This used to be my budget go-to. No longer. I was given a room at the front of the hotel. Street noise was bad. One would expect that, but they didn’t have either option.There were two very uncomfortable single beds and both squeaked every time I rolled over. Breakfast is minimal at best. Service is good. I’ve known some employees for years. They’ve always been great. The place is being renovated now. (Even more noise). But maybe new rooms will be nicer. I want it to get better. Until it does I moved to a different hotel early so I could get some sleep. Probably will not return.
