Stayed here during twice’s concert. Walking distance to impact arena. Towels and mineral water were provided by the owner. Room was clean and adequate. There were many food stalls and cosmic bazaar located just opposite the building. Overall check-in and check-out process went smoothly.

Make sure to reach out to the owner/property manager at least a day before your stay to make arrangements with his on-site contact person for access to the building. It's a large residential type apartment building. If you don't speak Thai, try to at least have a smartphone with a translation app. The room I had is not pictured on Orbitz, but it's very similar in terms of the size, furniture, etc. Room is clean and the AC is very good. Really appreciate the cold, bottled water in the fridge and the instant coffee. The building elevator had lots of bugs flying around the lights at the top, but the room itself had no bugs. It looked like all the apartments there had two doors, with the external door being a metal door and secured with a padlock, so it felt quite secure. Maybe don't walk around the area at night alone however. Only suggestion for improvement is that the room was a little dim, so more lights or brighter lights would be better. A good stay overall.

受付(フロント)の場所が、外からでは分からず途方に暮れた。どこにも案内がなく入り口のドアはオートロックだったので、偶然開いたときに中に入り、セキュリティの人に住所を見せるなどして確認した。英語も通じず、向こうの予約番号とこちらの予約番号も一致しておらす、20分ほどやりとりに要した。

公寓的地段很好，房间里的设施也很齐全。楼下是生活区，步行前往Impact演艺中心也很方便。马路对面有24小时营业的中型超市，商场里的美食广场选择非常丰富。

I really enjoyed my time at Dan's. A great location and everything is within a few minutes walk. COSMO BAZZAR is right across the street and offers so many choices of foods. There is something for everyone here..and very close by. I really enjoyed my time there as its so clean and new. Not like the busy, bad air , madness of many BKK locations. I would definately come back..and it has a certain feel "of home"..friendly people and lots of smiles. If you come and get to meet Dan, he's a cool guy..very friendly and helpful. If you need something, ask him..he seems to know what he's doing and enjoys helping others. I will be back!
