We stayed for one week and had a great experience. The room was spacious and clean. Our suite included a large refrigerator, microwave, and a hot water pot. The pool is gorgeous and beautiful in the evening. It's a short walk to the BTS, a 7-11, and numerous eating options. Grab rides pick-up at the front door and the laundry was convenient. The helpful, friendly staff cannot be beat.

Decent room size with affordable price especially for long stay. Staff are very friendly and quite helpful. . There's a bath tub in there but it was very poorly maintained - Other than that, everything else is acceptable. Love that there are so many shops and dining options within 2 minutes walk, including Seven Eleven, massages, True Digital Park (food court and more restaurants options opened till night).

Our preferred location for family reasons, but a good spot in general.. True Digital Park, BTS, a British Bar ( Hunters ) and a Michelin Plate, award winning joint near by among many other venues Not to mention a very clean " roof pool " and a fully equipped Gym. 9.5/10

Nice big suites

The rooms were big, nice, and comfortable, with a nice bathtub as well. The rooftop pool was nice, too. The only downside was that we booked a two-bedroom suite, and when we got there found out that that was being fixed up. We ended up getting two one-bedroom suites next to each other, which wasn't as good, but still OK.

Bad Communicators!

I was arriving late, after 2:00 in the morning and so I wrote the hotel ahead and they sent me a form reply, which was useless to me, and only confirmed that I would have a problem checking in late at night. I wrote them back conveying that their answer was unacceptable and useless. So I booked a room near the airport, costing me an extra $34.00. The next day I checked into the room and the next morning I received a reply back from them that they could give the key to their security guard, two nights late. The bed was rock hard and their card key system worked poorly, had to scan my card three times to do anything. The location is alright, there is food nearby and two weed dispensaries next door.

Thenhotel itself was nice in a nice area but juat becsuse we showed up 1h early for check-in they made us pay 650 Bath extra which really.turned me off about this hotel. They wont get my business again for that reason

The property is old and need updating. The TV's are old and you can't watch anything or CaST your phone and there's two of them. The air in the bedroom barely worked and had to keep the other doors open to stay cool. I'm sure it may have been nice 20yrs ago but the old bath tub and the shower curtain almost kills you getting out of it.
