We had a family room, which was quite big and it came with a balcony, which opened and we didn't see any cockroches. But the room wasn't very clean and bathroom was a bit outdated. The pool was very nice and great view.

Ignore the negative rating. My stay here was pleasant, just that in that day the city or province had a sewage problem that made the surrounding area of the hotel smelled like sewage. Dont let this change your mind. Throughout my atay here was very amazing. I would book this hotel again when im coming back to thailand as it is nearby the 4 shopping malls

The condition of the hotel it’s very bad and also the air condition of the room is not working properly. I complain but they are said we fix it. It’s not fix other things.
