The room was very spacious, and the bed was very comfortable. The hotel was also very clean and bright and creative. I enjoyed the free breakfast on the rooftop which also had amazing views.

Hotel was very clean and modern with a lovely rooftop bar/space. Breakfast was great with plenty of options. Surrounding area was not amazing as it’s close to a slum but completely safe for walking during the day.

Staff were very helpful. The hotel has really cool vibes. Enjoyed the sauna and the ice bath on the roof. Was unable to go to the fym but hopefully next time. We had one issue where one of our pillows had some dark spots but it was quickly replaced by the staff once we raised it to them. Overall would recommend especially for people wanting a different type of hotel.

I loved this place!! Room and washroom were nicely designed and very spacious. They even had a cute boutique set up in the front lobby/main floor. Really cool pieces. Staff were very nice too. I’d definitely stay here again!! Worth every cent!

If you want a funky, colourful, art themed hotel....this is the one...! My room was spotless, spacious and with character. The staff were friendly and professional. The rooftop bar is an added bonus...! The only reason I didn't give it five stars was because the lobby was looking a bit tired and needed sprucing-up in places...but given there were renovations going on, I assume the management are addressing these issues. All in all....I highly recommend this excellent fun hotel...!!

We came to check in and were shocked that the pool was not on site, like advertised, on Expedia and the website. This was very disappointing as this was one of the reasons we booked this hotel. We were also disappointed with the location, it was not as walkable as we had assumed it was with the research we had completed of the surrounding areas. We didn’t end up staying because of our disappointment with the pool being 500 m from the actual hotel, and the location, but the staff was extremely helpful in issuing a refund for us! The staff was also very kind, so I will give them that

World class service, helpful staff, fun vibe

Lovely staff, great location, cool vibe, fun lobby, very helpful, always willing to accomodate, and will be staying again for sure! Definitely a wonderful place to stay in Bangkok. Only thing I wasnt a fan of was the desk chairs in the rooms, not comfy at all, but probably for the best, it gets you out of the room and go explore the city!

Fun and playful property & AMAZING staff

The Fig Lobby was an amazing surprise, full of art, spunk and personality. The front desk staff were amazing, very friendly, helpful and great communicators. The rooms are clean and sustainability is well integrated - much more than other properties I’ve stayed at. The rooftop bar is spacious and well maintained. We didn’t know until checkout, but you can use a sister property’s pool nearby which is a really nice perk. We’d definitely stay again next time in Bangkok!

A playful Bangkok stay

Driving up to the entrance and being greeted by a punch of wild colour and shapes, we walked into a bright, fun lobby and were greeted by cheerful and helpful staff (and ice cream). We stayed in seperate rooms, a few doors up from each other and loved the playfulness of the decor and comfort of the beds and furniture. The rooftop bar provided a great panoramic view over the city, and the location was perfect for where we planned to spend our days.
