Cleaning practices need improvement at this hotel. The bathroom was unacceptably dirty, with visible residue on surfaces, which was disappointing even for a short overnight stay. Breakfast had a good selection. The airport shuttle runs at set times during the day rather than on demand, which is worth noting for travellers.

I have stayed here for a week and absolutely loved every moment of it! In fact I just booked for a second week. The hospitality was outstanding—from the amazing cleaning crew to the incredibly friendly front-line staff, everyone made me feel truly welcomed. It’s 5-star service all the way! The breakfast is an unbelievable value, packed with fresh fruit, crisp vegetables, tasty pastries, cereal, and delicious hot Thai dishes. I looked forward to it every morning! Plus, the Skytrain is just half a block away, and the walk is lined with fantastic street food—perfect for exploring and snacking. I couldn’t have asked for a better stay! Highly recommended.
