Great little spot in Bangkok! Always clean and comfortable. In a quiet little side Soi so feels a bit separate from the bustle of the city. Super convenient to everything as well. Staff is fantastic and friendly. Always a great value for $. I always try to stay here when in this area, thank you!

Like another reviewer said, truely an oasis of quiet and calmness in a very busy city. All staff and customers very friendly and the location is fantastic just off of the main road. Very nice experience and I will stay again when in Bangkok.

If you enjoy Bangkok heat, yet wish your hotel room was slightly hotter than the street outside, this is the spot for you! All jokes aside, extremely nice staff, great location and the ac literally does not work, in a room with no windows.

The place is quite and clean and it’s only 10 min walk from Asok BTS. The pillows are not smelly compared to those much more expensive hotels near BTS. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The only thing that is not good in my room is that the bathroom door can’t be closed. Maybe it’s broken.

Charming but more to be desired

Room is clean and charming as a boutique hotel. Only cash payment of 500baht is absolutely minus as 500baht deposit back on a departure date is not considerate and does.not.mean much travellers. Captured 11 mosquitoes for 3nights stay and resulted in 2 mosquito bites. One day, I was informed that a house keeping lady was sick, leading to no make up service not cleaning a rubbish tin. Management was poor as housekeeping service was included in the hotel price and should have offered a compensation or sincere apoogy with a reasonable explanation.

静かで、近くに24時間営業のスーパーやコンビニがあり便利でした。チェックインしたときに、トイレのゴミ箱が空になってなかった点と部屋にティッシュペーパーがないことで星を減らしました。(ゴミ箱の件は、フロントに伝えたら、すぐに対応していただけました。)

良かった点は温かいお湯はすぐに出ることくらい。 エアコンの音がうるさい。備え付けのケトルが壊れていた。部屋の窓が開かないように釘付されていて、かつ窓ガラスが汚く監禁されているかのよう。また、NHKワールドとの契約がされていないようで放送が見れない。 フロントスタッフがフレンドリーであったことが救い。

清潔で使いやすい部屋

部屋は清潔で使いやすく、シャワーの水圧も良かった。レイン・ハンド双方有り。スクンビットから数百mで至近にLawson があり便利です。

Size of the room is great. And the hotel is always clean, smelling fresh. The staff is super helpful and nice. Amenities are in good condition as well. The location is perfect and quiet, restful sleep for sure - a bit of a walk to BTS and MRT if you don't mind it but a lot of cabs pass by as well. There are interesting food places around and decent commendable massage places for Thai massage fix.

This is always my base when I come to Thailand. It’s always a great experience. Nice cozy hotel with amazing staff, always so helpful and welcoming. Close to Terminal 21 if you want to escape the heat, BTS asoke less than 10mins walking. Lots of places to eat around. Best place to stay in Bangkok.

Nice little hotel, however a little far from BTS

Slightly far from BTS station. Wifi was not stable & slow. No choice on breakfast. Room is clean & pleasant however the key card power enable unit having some problem and occasionally cut off power in the room even the card key was inserted into it.

I wont live this again.

The room have mosquito and flies that make me cannot sleep well at night. The bathroom cannot drain away the water well. You have to bath with dirty water. The refrigerator is totally not cold. Location is quite far from bts/mtr stations over 10 minutes walk. They over charge me the snacks when i check out but i didnt eat anything in room. And i feel a bit speechless that the plastic bottle water need to charge but the glass bottle is free. I drank the wrong bottle of water without any clear instruction when i checkin. In term of price and bed, it is good but overall i wont live this again.
