Very good location. Close to the river boats. Quiet back street with cheap massage & good street food. The cook in the kitchen was very friendly and helpful with tips for taking local transportation and where the good markets were. The room was clean with a nice shower and TV. However, like most of Thailand the beds are very hard. Good value for the price of the room which included breakfast.

Great location. Great service. Great price.

It's my second time with A & A GuestHouse. It's in an area I enjoy, near the tourist areas, but in a quiet part of it. It's clean, comfortable, and reasonable priced. Highly recommended.

悪夢

シングルに宿泊。 ベッドが変な感じだったので虫がいないか確認したがいなかった。 夜に体をはう虫で起こされる。南京虫とダニかノミ。暗くなってから出てきたよう。 枕カバーとシーツに血のシミが無数に付いていた。翌朝別の部屋にかえてもらいました。

A&A Thanks too much!

立地的には、申し分なし。カオサンから少し離れているので、夜も静か。また、コストを安くあげたく、時間もあれば主な観光地にもバスでアクセス可能。コンビニも徒歩2分。 部屋の設備は値段相応。石鹸、シャンプー、コンディショナーのみ。シャワー圧は弱め。テレビは見られた番組はフランス1ch。韓国3chのみで楽しめなかった。 無料wifiは快適に使える。 一階にある食堂では、大体のタイ料理が安く食べられる。 利用しなかったが、食堂横にはトラベルデスクあり。 喫煙者なので、喫煙所がなく、宿の前で吸う必要あり。 カオサン通りに出るには、朝6時から夕方6時までは、目の前のお寺、ワット・チャナソンクラームを通ると早い。 また、麺料理好きにはうれしい立地で、宿から徒歩5分ほどの所に、ベトナムのもっちり麺の店、牛肉麺の、いずれも有名店がある。 なお、宿を出て右、左しばらく歩いてまた右に行った左手にあるインド料理屋、客がいるのを見た事がなく、汚い店。怖いもの見たさで定食であるターリーとヨーグルトドリンク、計170バーツを食べた所、かなり美味！ 立地的に損をしているが、美味しいベジタリアンターリーをいただけます。

Comfortable and Affordable Family Rooms

Our family of 4 stayed at A&A Guest House for 2 nights at the start of our trip to Thailand and another 3 nights at the end. This is a convenient location close enough to Khao San Road but quieter at night for sleeping. We left our bags in the storage room at the hotel for 10 days and were happy with the service. The hotel staff were very helpful and made our children feel comfortable. We enjoyed eating at the restaurant onsite. The cook even made special dishes for our son with food allergies. The tour desk was also great bonus. Staff helped us arrange tours, transportation and gave advise on sightseeing. We would definitely recommend A&A Guest House for families.

Good area

The area was perfect, close to khosan road and local market. Super sweet staff that helps you with everything. Wifi works ok. Good travel agent next to the reception that helped us book out bus and boat ticket to ko samui. Bed could be changed but it worked for us , we stayed 2 nights. U can hear all the noise from the hallway which sucks. Good restaurants and bars close by

Nichts Besonderes, Preis/Leistung OK

Zimmer sind eher klein, Bad OK, Betten sind gut (hart - wie in Thailand üblich). Es war im Zimmer recht ruhig. Klimaanlage war OK, Personal ist nicht besonders gesprächig und höflich, aber auch nicht unfreundlich. Keine Zimmerreinigung bei 2 Nächten - sicherlich nicht die beste Unterkunft in der Khao San Gegend, aber Preis Leistung waren in Ordnung. Nichts besonderes eben.

La chambre était petite avec une peinture rose qui s'écaille.Cela sentait trés fort "l'égout "et l'humidité.La oetite fenêtre donnait sur un mur à 60 cm..L'accueil du personnel était trop bien:les deux personnes étaient anormalement hilares et ne comprenaient strictement rien et balbutiaient "morning,morning"!!!!. Nous voyageons depuis longtemps et avons eu des chambres plus sales mais avec le prix bien plus bas et avec des gens qui avaient de la gentillesse .

Good location, basic hotel

The guest house is in a good location Sambuttri street with bars, restaurants and close to Khao San, yet quiet enough to sleep. The room was basic but clean, to be expected for the price. Staff at check-in was not very welcoming, but breakfast and other reception guys were nice. Would recommend if you are after a clean quiet place for a budget price.

Kleines Guest House

Das Guest House liegt super zum Pier und zu der khaosan Road. Auch auf dem kleinen Weg vor der Tür findet man alles was man braucht. Das Personal war nicht wirklich freundlich und wenn du Hilfe benötigt hast, braucht man nicht denken, dass die nur einen Finger für einen krumm machen. Das Zimmer war aber in Ordnung, zwar ohne wirkliches Fenster aber eine Klimaanlage hat es. Das Zimmer ist Mini klein, aber man schläft ja eigentlich bloß drin. Das Bad war auch nicht wirklich etwas besonderes. Fazit: Die Lage macht vieles wieder gut. Im Prinzip war es ein wirklich gelungener Aufenthalt, nur die Einstellung vom Personal hat uns wirklich gestört.

Przeciętny hotel

W hotelu spędziliśmy jedną noc, pokój był niewielki, ale czysty, w bardzo dobrej lokalizacji, niedaleko od Khao San Rd. WiFi w hotelu nie działa, tylko w recepcji, obsługa jest średnio przyjemna.

The room we got was in the first floor, so it was very noisy especially in the afternoon and early morning. Comparing price and comfort, I consider it a bit expensive. The breakfast was good
