"I stayed here for one week in December, through Christmas. The room was simple but had everything I needed. Same for the bathroom. I would say it was very good value. I didn't expect it to be a luxury hotel. It held up to my needs. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Not everyone spoke English, but it’s ok. There was always someone around that did. I did not use the restaurant. Mostly because I was busy exploring the city."

Chef at breakfast specially prepared takeaway food for us and our kids after hearing that we were about to get on a long train ride. Exceptionally thoughtful. "
