Dissapointing arrangement

I booked family rook for 4.. With 4 pax breakfast written in my booking details. When we go for breakfast, they said its only for 2 pax. When I talk to Front office, they said its only for 2, and ask me to contact hotels.com. Its clearly stated on my email booking confirmation for 4 pax and they say will checked. Then no update. If not because of family room, i wont book this hotel.

Good enough to stay extra nights

The Hotel should be a four star not a 3.5. The bed was hard by western standards but was able to sleep. The staff are brilliant except at the rooftop bar, which has spectacular views. Booked for 2 nights but extended to 4 nights. The interior is very good, with plenty of different types of artwork throughout. The rooms are of a reasonable size and has smoking and non-smoking floors. To lift their standards more, the bathtowels need to be thrown out and replaced with higher quality that reflects the hotel's high standards. Breakfast could be improved as some hot dishes arrive at the buffet table cold. While the staff are genuinely friendly and helpful, the bar staff all need training in customer service. They spend far too much time chatting to each other or looking at a screen and I would estimate were only manning the bar 50% of the time I went for a drink. It should not be the responsibility of the guest to go looking for a barman to get a drink. The bar would be much more profitable if there was someone there to sell drinks. We had to change rooms and did have a family room, which contained 2 larger than single beds, but not quite a double bed size. This room was not worth nearly twice the price of a Superior room and the size looks the same All in all, this hotel in Bandung is highly recommended and I would stay there again

Hotel at strategic location

New hotel with nice furnishings. We booked the Family Room but I find the room size is small. It has two (2) super single size bed (smaller than queen size bed). Breakfast is average and room cleanliness can be improved. Hotel is next to Rumah Moda and very near to a supermarket.

Semua ok kecuali makanannya

Lokasi cukup strategis. Area parkir terbatas tetapi pihak hotel menyediakan fasilitas valet parking secara cuma-cuma. Interior design hotel dan kamar sangat bagus. Tersedia TV cable dengan banyak channel dan kualitas bagus. Plus ada wifi gratis yang cukup ngebut. Hanya saja harus bawa air mineral karena hotel hanya menyediakan 2 botol ukuran 300 ml, akan lebih bagus bila diganti yang 600 ml. Tetapi ketika breakfast, menu dan rasa makanannya jauh dari yang saya bayangkan dari hotel bintang 4. Hal ini sudah saya sampaikan juga ke petugas ketika check out. Mohon management hotel untuk memperbaiki kualias dan jenis makanannya.

Exceed our expectations

Check-in and check-out were fast, friendly and sweet receptionist who suggested us dining options and places of interests. The breakfast was good, lots of varieties and good service. Keep up the good work!! The hotel is right next to Rumah Mode, so for those who like cheap bargains, this is the place to stay.

The unforgettable vacation.

Everything was great, from the workers, the buffet breakfast, the beautiful hotel with the pool, bar and restaurant on the top level with the beautiful view . The downside was the room was small, the shower was inconsistent.

Nice location and good value

We like the location. It's 1 min walk to the famous Rumah Mode factory outlet. It's also near to Cihampelas and Paris Van Java. Hotel staff was very helpful and the rooms are clean too. However the breakfast spread was not great. Overall, I would recommend this hotel to my friends.

Hotel mal conservado e péssimo atendimento.

Mesmo considerando o valor relativamente baixo da diária, o serviço do hotel é bem ruim, nenhum funcionário fala bem inglês, a limpeza deixa a desejar, os quartos muito mal conservados e com cheiro de cigarro. Café da manhã ruim, com poucas opções para estrangeiros. Não recomendo.

The location of the hotel is fantastic. Just beside rumah mode outlet and very near to supermarket. The first room allocated to me was very good. Spacious and bright but it was a connecting room and the room beside me had little children with them. There was no sound proofing so it was noisy. I asked to move room and initially they said they had no more rooms unless i was willing to upgrade. But the staff managed to find another room after awhile. The second room was somehow much smaller (not sure if we were downgraded?) and very dark. Since we only stayed for a night we just took it. At least it was clean and quite. The bed was comfortable though and breakfast was not too bad.

Nice stay

New hotel, only 8 months old I believe. Overall we had a very enjoyable stay. Room was clean and in good condition. Breakfast was fantastic every day. Local area is good although the footpaths are terrible. The pool on the roof top is amazing as are the views. My only criticism would be to not allow off duty staff and friends of staff at the pool bar as the service was lacking because of this. We will return when next in Bandung.
