Die Küche war bis auf die nicht zu nutzende Spülmaschine in einem Top-Zustand und es war alles da, um sich ein paar Tage zu versorgen. Mit Isabel und Noémia war die Kommunikation extrem einfach und per WhatsApp wurden alle Fragen sehr schnell gelöst.」

「Super Empfang von sehr nettem Personal, schöner Pool, toller Ausblick auf die Weinfelder und Faial, Zimmereinrichtung etwas in die Jahre gekommen, Frühstücksauswahl mit Rührei, Käse, Joghurt, Gemüse, Obst, Marmelade. Weil unsere Fähre früh fuhr, bekamen wir sogar etwas früher Frühstück. 」

「Die Lage ist hervorragend, die Anlage gepflegt, unsere Suite war sehr geräumig und hatte eine traumhafte Aussicht auf Pico. Der Pool ist wunderbar mit angrenzendem Barbereich. Einziges Manko ist das Frühstück, man braucht Geduld, da das Personal an die Grenzen stößt. Wenn man sich damit arrangiert, hat man einen super tollen Aufenthalt!」

「The place is beautiful, in a great location, private and secluded, with nice amenities such as hot tubs, pool, wood BBQ. It looks just like the pictures and overall, we enjoyed our stay. But, - very limited hot water. Takes long to warm up and then only lasts 5 minutes. Not enough for 2 showers. We could only fill the amazing bath up a few inches before it got cold, so kind of useless. - lots of ants, and when we complained, we were told to deal with it ourselves - there was a birds nest...

「Good hotel for solo travellers to be central and safe. Hotel was good clean and had good breakfast. Staff helpful. I stayed on floor 01 which was noisy because of cleaners and facing the back street. Other than that good hotel. I would recommend just ask for higher floor.」

「Lady Grace und das gesamt Personal sind freundlich und herzlich. Die Zimmer waren geräumig und sauber. Die Unterkunft ist aus dem 17. Jahrhundert und zu Beginn gab es eine kleine Führung mit ein paar Fakten zum Haus. Frühstück war ebenfalls gut, mit selbst gebackenem Kuchen und Eiern von den Hühnern aus dem Garten. Vor dem Haus gab es genug Parkplätze. Die Nähe zum Flughafen stört nicht, da nur wenige Maschinen dort landen und starten.」
