Hidden gem as i was only guest for 3 whole days the week before Christmas. Restaurant and room staff excellent and noce to see trainees. Front desk distinctly uninspired and unhelpful but that was only minor gap in otherwise perfectly peaceful stay. 」

「I ordered a 35,000 shilling pizza from pizza hut, I handed over 40,000 to the hotel staff and he didn't give me back my change, when I asked him about my change later, he said that he forgot to get the change off of the delivery driver. Swimming pool not working either and that's the main reason why I booked in the first place 」

「No TV! It's a low budget dorm. It's not practical to have flat TV screens in every room because of the budget but they should have one in the sitting area. Other than that the services they offer exceed expectations based on what's paid.」
