The hotel has a nice location, is clean, and quiet. However, check-in was slow, and our extension request was mishandled—despite being promised two extra days, we were informed the next morning that no rooms were available.

Situated nicely around the main city center Hotel staff was brilliant but some improvements needed. Safe in room was not working, cleaning staff takes away towels without replacing them and air conditioning in the gym wasn’t working one morning

Central location, but quiet

In centre of town, short walk to waterfront. Very quiet with basicano traffic noise. Has nice deck/pool area for quiet drink and relax. Food at restaurant was good with variety of dishes. Issue checking in as they had no record from Hotels.com (booking had been made and paid for 9 months prior) took time but eventually was sorted.
