「Big event in town and the hotel was packed!! But things ran smoothly, maid service each day (which is nice), front desk check-in/out with Karin was speedy, breakfast was good-plenty of options even though it was packed with families. Walking distance to shops & restaurants-good location & safe! Easy to get to places around L’ville with no hassle of downtown hotels/parking/noise.」

「We liked the properly a lot and would return. They advertise their excellent breakfast - which is not good at all. We didn't care about that, but it was really bad. The staff was so nice and helpful. 」

「Would’ve liked a bigger pool and there is no hot tub. There is a peloton in the gym. Think photos should show that. I would have brought my shoes. Staff were great and room was nice and clean. Loved the lobby seating and how close it was to good dining options.」

「We have stayed here twice now and really enjoy the space of the rooms for our family of 4. The breakfast is a great spread of choices and is a great deal since it's included in the price. The only complaints we have were that the hot tub is "permanently closed" according to their front desk which is something we enjoyed last year and the toilet pressure had issues the entire time so it required multiple flushes at times. The indoor pool was still open for the kids to enjoy but too cold for us...
