Pleasant staff, some of the carpet and decor in need of some refurbishment and doors banging many times from adjacent rooms need some sound proofing but all in all value for money.

The Hall is very old and needs a lot of reparation more so it seems in the modern building wing where the rooms were shabby and not clean. We asked for another room and staff were very helpfl and found one that was clean.

Rooms were at the back of the property over the car park. This meant it was probably quieter than the front of the building. Building in general is probably a bit tired, but the rooms at the back were nicely presented and recently refurbished. Very limited ventilation though with the window only opening by a crack meant it got very hot in the night.
