「It is absolutely amazing and beautiful with best possible service; we really enjoyed. It is super clean and staff are very friendly and the food is great. There is life music every night but I hope they will add some music for dance. People love to move and dance in vacations like this. Even though the singers were great but mostly with country songs and etc. we will strongly recommend Riu Palace Phuket, with one exception that the hotel is very far from the centre if you are going to the town...

「Loved the kids pool and the kids club. The kids had fun playing there all day. The hotel is right at the beach which was very convenient. The staff were amazing and provided excellent service. I felt I received a 5 star service at the hotel. Sadly, the restaurant did not taste good. We ordered a simple pad thai dish and thai milk tea - simple dishes that should be easy for any thai restaurant. But the pad thai tasted very bad and the thai milk tea was not good at all. Also the restaurant needs...

「We stayed here for 2 nights over a weekend getaway. The upside of this hotel is that the staff are really nice, friendly and helpful. During our stay, we were a big group waiting for a pre-arranged van to come and pick us up to a venue. The pre-arranged van was late, and the hotel immediately arranged transportation for us. However, it is extremely disappointing and to see that a hotel that has such a good potential is now poorly maintained. The door of our room failed to recognise our room...

「An absolutely character filled accommodation. Its unique from the location, to the rooms, to the most delightful breakfast received. We arrived in the dark night during a most intense downpour. It was difficult to get to the reception area, then to the room, and thoroughly drenched by the time we were able to have a hot shower; which was also outdoors, under the rain! The morning showed a beautiful scene of the little lake we were on and all the fish below. It was the best thing to receive a...
