After the crowds of Phuket, this was a dreamy Thai experience. Just beautiful. Warm silky water, pristine beach and wonderful seaside dining made this a true gem.

The Hotel is an amazing oasis from Phuket while being nearby. The staff is exceptional and I have to give big credit to Mo (her name is similar to watermelon in Thai) she helped me organize a photographer for my proposal under short notice and she was a charm in making sure everything went according to plan. I’m over the moon with my experience at Natai Beach Resort. Thank you to all the staff.

We had an excellent stay here, we even extended another night. The restaurant is not cheap but also not expensive considering this is a 5 star resort. Personally I'd pay more and not take the basic beach room. The beach is 10/10 for clear water, white sand etc. Maybe boring for singles wishing to connect with other travellers, but great for families. The resort supplies plenty towels, water gear like SUP and canoes. Will likely visit again

We love this place. We were unsure whether or not it would be good for our family, but it has been excellent. The grounds are nice and the beach is beautiful. The only downside is there are not a lot of food options close by, but the restaurant in the resort is decent.

We stayed at this hotel so my husband could play golf and I wanted to dine at Aulis, it was definitely the best property in the area and the hotel and beach is lovely! But it’s incredibly remote!

My fiancé and I absolutely loved our room with our own private pool. The whole resort was kept well and all staff we encountered were very friendly. The dining was also excellent. The only downside was we only got to stay for 1 night because we had to get back to work. Will definitely be coming back here for an extended stay

All the staff were very helpful and friendly, peaceful by the beach and plenty of sun loungers available. Activities offered too, I did the yoga which was very enjoyable. Food was an interesting ensemble at the Christmas party but what I had was good. I was in one of the beach houses which had probably seen better days but still nice and clean, I'd definitely stay again.

Great location. Staff was exceptional. 2 restaurants but only ate at one of them. Food was really good. Great options. Nice breakfast buffet. Common areas of property were were in good shape. Pool and beachfront area were very nice! Downside was that the rooms were very dated. We were comfortable but not the rooms of a high end resort. Overall, we very much enjoyed the stay!

We stayed at this hotel after a week at Koh Phi Phi and I am glad that I chose this hotel. They upgraded our room upon arrival and the room was lovely with a view of the ocean and the pool. The breakfast buffet was nice and my 5 year old daughter got it free of charge. We enjoyed happy hour at the pool bar every day and the sunset was breathtaking! I recommend this hotel for those who want to chill after a busy trip or to escape from city.

Booked as a birthday treat, first impressions were good, check-in was quick, our room was lovely, the location on the beach is great. Unfortunately our relatives that were travelling with us had to move rooms as their aircon did not work and couldn’t be fixed.

Staff in the restaurant were very attentative, including the cleaning staff, grounds staff and drivers. Rooms were good size and the beach is really special. The main menus were not very exciting for the prices (room service menu better than restaurant menu). With little options to chose from - it helps to know nearby options (by car). Reception staff were quite passive.

Worth It

A nice place to stay, beautiful sandy beach with 3 rock area's just off the shore but perfectly swimable between them, not a concern. Open area so pool gets some wind blown debris in the pool along with some sand but is still very nice, great size and pool bar easily accessible. Property is large and was quiet. Nice for a romantic stay.

Wonderful beach, old rooms.

The location, beach and pool are really good. Also the restaurant. Unfortunately the beach villas are very old and rundown. The need to be renewed urgently. They forgot to make up our room on day and when we asked to make it up in the evening they said ok but they didn’t do it. Beside this the staff is very nice.

The beach is the nicest thing about this hotel. Too many mosquitoes in the rooms, bath water is yellow, everything needs an update. Rooms look nothing like the beautiful lobby. Pool is good. Overpriced. Need a car to get local food.

Beautiful, quiet, secluded beach resort hotel

Very nice quiet resort hotel with huge pool and perfect sandy beach. Super-friendly staff and very well managed. Decent breakfast, local seafood restaurant along the beach (100 yards) and save your money for Aulis Phuket next door, a Michelin-class chef’s table restaurant experience that will beat anything in the whole of South-east Asia, run by Simon Rogen and serving Thai farm-to-table ingredients from exclusive Thai suppliers with UK culinary excellence. ( It’s beyond special). Hotel is a long way from the action in Patong or Phuket so don’t stay here if that’s what you’re looking for. But for a quiet, more exclusive stay in Phang Nga, this is a great choice. Sun sets over the beach as it’s on the Andaman coast directly west facing.

We booked one of the beach houses and it was nothing like the pictures. The beach houses are like rows of mobile homes and inside was musty and damp. We requested a change immediately and thankfully they changed us to a garden terrace room. The garden terrace room was lovely and staff were kind and went out of their way to move us. The pool area was lovely and meals at the restaurant were excellent. The hotel is isolated and there are really no other dining options.
