「Great customer service, fresh water waterpark, less than 5min from the main highway. This was a quiet off the grid stay right off a low traffic river. The staff was very accommodating. I asked for off menu breakfeast which was provided with no issues and no extra charge. Kids had a great time at the waterpark(non-chorline) Great place for parents to chill and kids to thrill. 「We loved Mam. Fabulous pool with the most amazing view. Staff were friendly. Beach area is small but fine as we went in low season so not busy. Area is quiet. Breakfast was fine, not the most amazing we’ve had but ample. Only slight negative is that we are 3 people and the beds were pushed together so someone had to sleep on the join which wasn’t so comfortable but it did refer to this in the booking so it wasn’t a surprise. Overall very good value for money and I would recommend. 」

「There is a reason privacy of resort has that name, it is in a quiet part of the quiet side of Koh Chang. If you want to stay somewhere lively, with nearby bars restaurants and tattoo parlours, stay on the west side. Privacy is family-run, six very pleasant bungalows around a lovely swimming pool, all set in a beautifully garden.
