「Great customer service, fresh water waterpark, less than 5min from the main highway. This was a quiet off the grid stay right off a low traffic river. The staff was very accommodating. 「There is a reason privacy of resort has that name, it is in a quiet part of the quiet side of Koh Chang. If you want to stay somewhere lively, with nearby bars restaurants and tattoo parlours, stay on the west side. Privacy is family-run, six very pleasant bungalows around a lovely swimming pool, all set in a beautifully garden. 「We were pleasantly surprised when we got to our room. The room is very clean, modern and roomy. The washroom, shower was beautiful. We arrived in a downpour. The staff was really helpful with umbrellas. The front desk person spoke some English and was very helpful. We woke up to a nice complimentary breakfast. We enjoyed a nice walk around the grounds that are well kept and beautiful. We we're recommend to stay her by friends, we will be sure to recommend to anyone.wish we could have stayed...

「The hotel has excellent view and setup. But it locates at the east side of island. It's hard to find taxi. So you'd rent motorcycle, otherwise you have to rely on the transportation from hotel, which is expensive. The restaurant in hotel provides decent food and service. It may sound a bit expensive than other places in the island. But the food quality is very good, and worth it. Overall we are satisfied for our stay.
