「The staff are lovely and upgraded us to a larger room. The room was spacious and clean, though the bed was pretty firm. The buffet at each meal was good.
I didn't realize smoking would be allowed in the hallways and elevators. The constant smell was pretty terrible.」

「We had a great stay at SoonNoeng resort. The rooms were comfortable and clean, the staff were amazingly kind and helpful, food was excellent, pool and beach were lovely. Very convenient location beside the pier for ferry access. Be aware that it is a 15-20 minute walk down the beach for any other restaurant or store, but it is a beautiful walk on the beach.」
