「Getting to the island involved catching the dedicated boat anchored offshore. Prepare to get wet! The journey was over an hour but with great views of Koh Ta Kiev island and others. We were welcomed by volunteers and Giovanni gave us a brief on arrival. We were shown to our accommodation which was just off the beach. The hut was on stilts and featured fairly comfortable beds with much needed mosquito nets, a balcony facing the sea, and complementary water. The activities on offer were varied...

「We had a great stay at SoonNoeng resort. The rooms were comfortable and clean, the staff were amazingly kind and helpful, food was excellent, pool and beach were lovely. Very convenient location beside the pier for ferry access. Be aware that it is a 15-20 minute walk down the beach for any other restaurant or store, but it is a beautiful walk on the beach.」

「This hotel is nice. The issue is the surrounding area is not great. You have to cross 2 roads to get to Otres beach which was busy when we were there. We enjoyed the beaches on the islands much better. There were a few restaurants nearby, the white restaurant is good but overall limited choices. 」

「Infested with cockroaches not very clean nice staff but understaffed. And main issue a lot of cockroaches (not uncommon in sẽ Asia ) but when there’s 10 plus in youre room kind of an issue」

「The staff are lovely and upgraded us to a larger room. The room was spacious and clean, though the bed was pretty firm. The buffet at each meal was good. I didn't realize smoking would be allowed in the hallways and elevators. The constant smell was pretty terrible.」
