「The staff is very approachable, professional and accomodating. Through no fault of their own, the hotel building is very rough and needs a lot of work, but the staff makes up for it by ten folds. There were definite issues with a room we stayed at, the ceiling leaked in the bathroom when the shower is on, the lock to another room stopped working, but the staff attended to our needs ASAP and moved us to another room without question. 「A surprise to find a lovely hotel there. There was a Valentines dinner with a large buffet an a free cocktail. The room was large and the bed comfortable. The bathroom was fine. Strong hot water. The breakfast was filipino with your choice of eggs. 5th floor bat and snscks great」

The rooms are comfortable and clean, the restaurant has great food with generous portions and the staff in the hotel and the restaurant always treat us well. you are sure to have a great stay here.」

The host retired Aussie Trevor and wife Jessa really make you feel like you're at home,while Ramil who apart from being a jack of all trades is a fantastic cook and takes care of any requests you may have. Jupiter's is a fun bar to hang out at night and sing a song if your keen.」
