The area was nice, conveniently located in the downtown area, and the staff there is excellent. They also provide a free breakfast as well. There were some insects in the bathroom, but that is not unusual in Tacloban. Overall the stay was very enjoyable.

Wonderful place to stay with your family

Stay was comfortable. Staff professional and accommodating. Easy access to great foods and close mall. My favorite place to stay when in Tacloban.

Was happy to stay there, bed was nice, would stay again, although Tacloban shuts down by 8pm, not exactly a tourist haven, not sure I need to visit Tacloban again.

I work in a hotel and this is the ONLY hotel i know who ask guests for 500.00 upon check-in to serve as protection in case something went missing in the hotel room after checkout.What a disgusting welcome for guests! I booked for a triple bed for my son and his friends coz they took the PNPA exam, travelled 6 hrs to Tacloban..and they charged additional 600.00 because they are 5 persons. I thought they can share beds.So this hotel charge per head not per room. What if 2 couples with a child booked this triple bed, will they still charge them per head? They even informed my son there is supposed to be FREE food but since I booked online, they can’t avail it. So you want me to go personally and book so they can avail the free food? I’m in USA HELLO!?! I don’t recommend this hotel coz they treat guests as thieves.
