Bed sheets did not fit the beds properly and there were various elements in the room, from the lock on the door to light fittings that needed repair in the room. I was informed when I asked in advance that they had vegan options at breakfast, nothing was marked with allergens at the buffet and very few clear vegan options were there, very disappointing. "

"The apartment is okay. In the photos, it looks like a high-standard place, but when I arrived, it was clear that it has been used by many guests. The beds were broken, there was no cable for the TV, and the bathroom had a very bad smell — at first, I thought there was a sewage leak, and the bathroom even got flooded. I called the owner, and to be fair, all the issues were fixed the next day. The apartment is quite noisy — you can hear everything the neighbors are saying from the kitchen. During the weekend, there were two parties in nearby apartments, so it was very loud. I asked the agency if there are many short-term rentals in the building, and they confirmed that there are — which explains the noise. On the positive side, the location is great — close to the city center and Manufaktura — and there’s also parking available, which is a big plus. The noise isn’t the owner’s fault, just the nature of the building and the type of guests staying there. Overall, it’s fine for a short stay."
