The hotel is really cool. The room was very clean and comfy. The staff were very friendly. The hotel was in a great location - close to all amenities. A couple of negatives - we were looking forward to using the pool but it was too cold. We had a wonderful stay with our two children. Ala from the house keeping team truly went above and beyond, she was warm, helpful, and made sure we had everything we needed, which made our stay much easier and more enjoyable. The hotel itself was excellent too: breakfast was delicious with plenty of options, and the spa and gym were both well-maintained and relaxing. Overall, a great experience and we felt very well looked after.

Fantastic stay

I love returning to Andel's because of its architectural design and the location. I love that you can get decent breakfast and coffee. The pool was never busy and the view from the top was lovely.
