「The general condition of the hotel was poor and it just seemed cold and dirty with a lack of pride taken in the hotels building and the guest rooms. The Hotel room was very warm, it seemed like the heating was constantly on as the radiators were always very hot and it never felt like they were getting cooler . You couldn't sleep at night it was like a sauna. We tried to move the temperature setting on the wall gauge in our room but the gauge started to constantly make a ticking noise every 2...

「Lovely hotel, newly refurbished. Loved the decor Breakfast good. Beds very comfortable. Good size rooms with excellent wardrobe space.Menu choices very good and reasonably priced Singer on Sunday evening though not on until 10-ish. chilled bottled water in rooms a nice touch. We very much enjoyed our 3 night stay」

「The room was not large, but adequate, and the bathroom was modern with a nice, heated towel bar to dry your swim trunks if you choose to use the pool or hot tub next door. Breakfast was very good though there is no lunch or dinner served. The one walkable restaurant, The Black Bull, was a good choice. I would stay here again.」

「Hotel handy for Emerald Park. Grand for families for an overnight. However breakfast wasn’t of a four star standard and the cleanliness of hotel/ swimming pool was not up to scratch/ what you would expect of four star hotel - pool changing area unclean ( at 8am in the morning, so only going to get worse) and the floors around reception were not cleaned / tidy early morning which is when you would expect it to be at its cleanest. 」
