「The environmental and the sanitation are very good」

「I was very surprised by the fact online says room service available but there was not. We notified the front desk at check in it we were celebrating my birthday. He was nice enough to offer us a bottle of champagne. That we never received. Then we were charged 12.95 a day for “WiFi” that never worked. Not my best experience at a Marriott property there were also no toiletries like shower cap or lotion in the bathroom. 」
