「Bad service for ever. IF U HAVE CHOICE , DONT CHOOSE IT. If you stay in this Hotel, u will never forget about this hotel, If I could make a negative feedback , 100% for the bad experience ever.」

「Très bien」

「this hotel is under construction」

「The room is big, but lack of furniture. We have 2 persons staying in the room. But there is only 1 chair, no sofa. I got an additional chair (probably from restaurant) after my request. There is no desk, but only a self attached to the wall to hold the stuff. No heading board for the beds. The bed side tables were simply metal coffee table. In the toilet, again no table top, very limited space to put my toiletries. No towel rack, but only 2 hooks. No place to put the towels. And no hand...

「The room is spacious. The team is friendly. Good location to go around.」

「My room was next to the street on first floor and I can hear the car noise all night. Had to use ear plugs to sleep. And only realized on day 2 that there is no daily cleaning service as this is an apartment hotel. The overall experience was not up to expectations given the high rating. 」

「Everything was good」

「We felt very welcome by the young man who received us upon check in. Then everything seemed to be too much trouble for the staff. I was told only one cleaner to clean the hotel. Everything you asked seemed to be asking for a favour. No service at all and definitely not a 4 star. More like an inn than a hotel. Breakfast wasn’t good neither. Only the location. 」

「Nice location. Better than expectations.」

「The staff charge me fees again but I have already paid in Hotel.com. They keep cheating me on the way of refund. In the end, I called my French friend come here to help. The director eventually pay me back in cash, which he said they don’t have cash before my friend comes. 」
