「The parking was free and located right by the resort and spa areas. The room was clean, cozy, and nicely decorated, the pillows were rather hard, though. There was no fridge or microwave in the room, as American guests might desire. There was a hot water boiler, two cups and one spoon, 2 bottles of still water, tea bags and instant coffee singles, and milk singles (during our visit to the area we could not find any coffee creamer in liquid or powdered form anywhere). 「From the moment we arrived til the time we left all staff we met made a big positive impact with our stay. Check in, bar, dining and service staff were great. As we are on an extended trip of 3 months staff changed our room to thd lower floor so we didn't have to lug our suitcases upstairs. We had a lunch and a dinner and both were wonderful and well priced.」

「You can't sleep in its old wing. There is a pub with noise from 11pm to 5am. It is quiet in its new wing. Staffs are nice and helpful. Breakfast is acceptable. 」

Such a warm welcome received, a stunning room - super size for our family of 4 and a lovely birthday card, balloon and chocolates for our son whose 9th birthday it was the day we checked in. So thoughtful and hugely appreciated. We enjoyed the leisure facilities, the great selection at breakfast and friendly staff. Thanks to all who made it so special. We will be back! 」
