「Incredible hospitality! We were staying for a friends wedding at the venue and the team could not do enough for you. We arrived early morning and asked if we could leave our cases whilst we headed into Bangor - within seconds the receptionist and housekeeping manager were scouting out which rooms were readily available - we were given an upgraded room and able to check in immediately. 「First time staying at this hotel and we will definitely be back. We were given a room but then was contacted shortly after to say the room wasn’t up to the hotels standard and that we would get upgraded. They also gave us a drinks and breakfast voucher. The rooftop bar was lovely. We also ate in the restaurant which was nice. Staff were all very friendly. Great location. Thankyou for a great stay. 」
