「We loved this property. It is so nicely situated along the Slaney River close to Wexford town. There are lovely sitting areas both outside on decking and inside the hotel with beautiful views of river. Fantastic staff. Good food in Dry Dock bar. 「The town of Arklow is a quaint, quiet little town, very walkable, a river nearby. The Hotels proprietor was a very friendly, kind, helpful man. Check in at the bar was quick, room was nicely renovated, it could have been the time of year but it was VERY quiet in the upstairs area, I felt like I was the only one staying there. There was a bountiful, delicious breakfast the next morning, a full Irish breakfast and I had a lovely chat with the barkeep....he had been working there for 50...
