Received mixed instructions from reception and handy man. Why can't this be in a welcome booklet, saving guests all the anxiety? Sauna area was good but there was no convenient way from...

"We arrived late - When the reception was closed. Everything was ready for us and there was 2 Lovely tapas-plates in the room. Very nice staff. Very service minded. We could buy both lift cards and lockers at the cabins from the hotel. Very smooth and easy. Super breakfast buffet and nice dinner menus. Everything was super clean! The sauna and steambath in the basement was a Lovely way to end a day of skiing."

"A group of us spend 4 nights at the property and would gladly come back given the high quality of the rooms and common areas. The spa was amazing and the pool a great addition for those ski-sore muscles. Bus to the pistes is meters from the main entrance and there are a couple of shops to rent material nearby. Breakfast was plentiful but the same every day. Dinner could be better since 1) it rarely had local specialties instead trying to be too original 2) it is too expensive to bring outsiders...

"Right next to the cabin lifts and ski rent, nice restaurant, and relax area with very big couch at the hotel. My son and i had a very good stay. "
