A warm welkom from Oscar, Janine and the other colleagues! Great service from A - Z, the shuttle service from the hotel to Ischgl was perfect and we enjoyed all facilities (swimming, sauna, steam bath etc..) Definitely we want to come back very soon!

I stayed at the Zhero Hotel for 20 days on a long ski vacation with my 16-year old son. The hotel is nice and with great facilities. The staff was always smiling and attentive. The breakfast had everything you would expect, and more. Service always great. Dinner was sophisticated. Menus were elaborate 5 course, where one could appreciate an effort to provide something special. Sometimes dinner felt too long, but overall it was great. Many great ski centers are nearby.

Trato horrible

El personal es malísimo, y no te hacen la vida agradable. Estuvimos esperando al transfer del hotel en la estación de esquí más de una hora. Estaba nuestro cuarto de baño y sucio. En el spa comida tirada sin recoger. No alquiléis material de esquí en el hotel es caro y de mala calidad

Durchwachsener Aufenthalt

Unser Gesamteindruck vom Hotel war anfangs recht gut, leider wurde unser Aufenthalt durch den Service sehr getrübt. Sowohl ein älterer grauhaariger Ober, welcher uns beim Abendessen und Frühstück mehr als unfreundlich entgegentrat als auch der Shuttleservice lies zu wünschen übrig. Durch Kreislaufprobleme von einem unserer Mitreisenden bat ich den Shuttlefahrer rechts ranzufahren, welcher mich daraufhin anschrie und fragte, wie ich mir das vorstellen würde und wo er parken solle. Die Situation zog sich dann über knapp 5 Minuten und versetzte unsere gesamte Gruppe in vollkommene Fassungslosigkeit. Wir haben leider noch weitere Punkte auf unserer Liste, jedoch waren die beiden obigen Situationen ausreichend, dass wir höchstwahrscheinlich nicht wiederkommen werden. Abschließend möchte ich jedoch noch sagen, dass manchmal das Verhalten weniger die gute Leistung anderer zunichtemachen kann. Der Doorman Oskar macht einen super Job und wusste sich immer richtig zu verhalten. Auch wusste er über jeden einzelnen Gast bei egal was Bescheid. Wer welche Zimmernummer hatte, welches Auto zu wem gehörte und das ohne eine zusätzliche Information von unserer Seite. Durchaus ein Glücksgriff, von dem sich ein Großteil des Personals etwas abgucken könnte.

Ich habe das Hotel schon mehrfach gebucht, der Shuttle-Service ist toll und die Auswahl des Frühstücks ebenfalls. Wenn man ein Zimmer zur Straße hat ist es sehr laut. Bei unserer Ankunft gab es leider eine lautstarke Auseinandersetzung zwischen Gast und Personal, absolut indiskutabel.

Très bon séjour.

Excellent séjour, service exceptionnel, personnel très serviable. La chambre très agréable. Seul petit bémol, il faisait très chaud dans la chambre, et pas de bouilloire pour un café ou thé. Les repas au restaurant comme le petit déjeuner, sont excellents . Le service shuttle VIP avec les chauffeurs (très sympathiques) est un service très appréciable pour le transport à Ischgl, pas besoin de prendre la voiture. En conclusion, très bon séjour, on reviendra.

Hôtel très agréable et serviable, dommage que le parking soit un peu loin. En tant qu’architecte d’intérieur je trouve que les assises du restaurant pas toujours adaptées à la fonction de manger à table ainsi que l’éclairage. Manque d’accroches ds les chambres de trois, bien que ces chambres soient très bien aménagées.

Trendiges Hotel neben Ischgl, ein kostenloser Shuttle fährt ständig in den Ort. Frühstück sowie Abendessen sind sehr gut, Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir kommen wieder!

This was by far one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in. Besides the beautiful modern interior design, what stands out most is their excellent customer service. Their staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. Catering to our needs was of their utmost priority and they wanted nothing more than for us to enjoy our stay. Hotel Zhero also provides a wide range of services that will definitely give you a heightened sense of luxury and comfort. I would absolutely recommend staying at Hotel Zhero and I’m very much looking forward to my next stay here 👍👍
