「Very nice hotel good breakfast but would have liked some brown sauce,staff were very nice and friendly,had the thermal spa experience that was great,very nice roof terrace for a drink with lovely views to the lake,close to some shops and only 15 minutes walk into town has a great stay would book there again.」

No traditional "front desk" or on site workers but the owners own the restaurant across the street and pizza place downstairs and everyone helps with everything and they are all great. Awesome breakfast in the restaurant and the staff is really helpful and engaging and care. I would totally stay there again. No elevator, and top floor rooms can get kind of toasty in the summer with no ac, but not a big deal for us.」
