「The property is in a great location with easy access by public transport from the airport. The staff were friendly and professional. Breakfast was excellent and the free bottled water a bonus. A couple of gripes though the ensuite was very small and needs some TLC the tiles and shower need replacing and the toilet brush was not clean. Also we were only give one key this meant we had stopped stay together all the time. We also managed to lock ourselves out and had to wait nearly 2 hours fro staff...

The reception is unwelcoming , too few seats, and few staff When I phoned reception , I should have been told the cleaners to make beds etc. only come in on the third day We stayed 2 nights.now renamed THE WORST WESTERN.」
